Shipping

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 within Canada on all bags and towels. Straws ship for free, this is subject to change at any time. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • No sorry. Right now we only ship to Canada and the USA.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

  • Once your order has been processed, please allow for 5-7 days shipping.

How do I track my package?

  • We will email you a tracking number once processing is complete.

Help, there is something wrong with my order?

  • If there is an issue with your package, please contact  hello@raspbitty.com. Please include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem and any case or reference numbers you have started with the carrier.

Is there Custom Charges?

  • The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. We will mark the package as gift for our customers. BUT duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

How much will customs charges be for my country?

  • As charges are individually assessed by your country’s officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from cases to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges may be for your order.

What currency is displayed on your Site?

  • We have two sites, raspbitty.ca is in CAD and raspbitty.com is in USD

How can I pay for my order?

  • Current payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apply Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Ordering

How will I know my order was received?

You will receive a confirmation email containing an order number and details of your purchase.

Can I make changes to my order after it is submitted?

Any changes to orders must be made within 12 hours of purchase, however it is not guaranteed. Please contact us as  hello@raspbitty.com to request changes.

Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

What is your Cancellation Policy?

  • Cancellation of order is allowed within 12-hours of purchasing the item's. After 12-hours, cancellation will no longer be entertained. You may contact us via hello@raspbitty.com  to request for cancellation.
